Sample In | Sample Out | Download (342 KB Zip File)
    Instructions

This program takes sequences files and trims out any given string (other sequence) from those files.

    1. Simply drop the sequences that you want to trim into the folder named 'in'.

    2. Drop files contain the sequence you want to trim into the folder named 'trim'. These files must have a '^^' followed by a hard return and then the sequence all on one line with no hard breaks.

    3. The output files will be put in the folder named 'out'. They will look exactly like the 'in' file, but the word 'TRIM_' will be appended to the file name.
